It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wilma Joan Brandes of Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on August 28, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Brown and Louise Pelley Brown; her husband Roy Brandes; and her siblings, Bud Bolin and Thelma Dill.

She is survived by: her children, Janice Smith (Stephen), Deborah Hildebrandt (Wes), Richard Brandes (Barbara) and Anne Engelhardt (Tim). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family have requested that donations be made to Gleaners Food Bank.
