He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Marie Terry (Payne) and Robert Lee Terry; his siblings, Norman Terry, Zora Dixon, Mildred Terry, Johnny Terry, Harold Terry and Wayne Terry; and his grandparents, Rachel Guffey and John Robert Terry.
He is survived by: his children, Darrin Terry and Melissa Ford; his grandchildren, Lena Marie Terry, Darrin Terry, Brian Ford Amber Ford, Jeffrey Shackelford and Hannah Shackelford; and his sisters, Brenda Ramey and Caroline Jenkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
