We are sad to announce that on October 22, 2021, Vonda L. O'Neill of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Goldie and Russell Duffy, Sr.; her siblings, Russell Duffy, Jr., Mary Creech (Duffy) and Bertha Spratt (Duffy); her sons-in-law, Paul Kerner and Robert Fowler; and her grandson Bradley Robling.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Fowler, Michael O'Neill, Cheryl O'Neill, Vickie Jackson (Jeff), Kathy Kerner, Tammy Harrington and David O'Neill (LuAnn). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
