She is survived by: her sister Debbie; her daughter Lisa Fulp (James) of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Brianna of Indianapolis, Brittany Fulp of Indianapolis and Christian Fulp; and her siblings, Debra Hicks of Martinsville, Karla Ray of Indianapolis, Leonard Ray of Indianapolis and Sarah Slavens (John) of Indianapolis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, co-workers, church members and friends.
