She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Summers and Margaret "Peggy" Summers (Stadler). She is survived by: her husband Carl Shepherd; her sons, Jonathan Shepherd (Christine), Ryan Shepherd (Kristel) and Stephen Shepherd (Tamara); her grandchildren, Joel, Josiah, Ansel and Zion; and her siblings, Dennis Summers, Wayne Summers (Linda), Mike Summers (Sara), Sandy Edwards and Jerry Summers (Diana). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
