He is survived by: his siblings, Kathleen "Kathy" Cook (Terry), Brian O'Farrell (Libbey), Mary O'Farrell, Pat O'Farrell (Jonna) and Brigid Taylor; his sister-in-law T. J. O'Farrell; and his granddaughter Mary E. Horn. He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (1530 Union St, Indianapolis, IN 46225). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are encouraged to Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
