He is survived by: his sons, Thomas H. Collins Jr. (Donna F. Collins) and Wesley W. Collins (Michelle A. Collins); his grandchildren, Jelisha, Nate, Kari, Kristen, Jeremy, Jennifer, Kristina, Ryan, Harley, Nicole, Tayler, Wesley Jr. and Sierra; and his siblings, Pat, Donna, Russell, Doris, Helen and Gary. He is also survived by 33 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.
