She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Earl Simmons (Patricia) and Debra Culley (Lonnie); her grandchildren, Andrew Ball, Hannah Ball, Breighton Ball, Erik Culley, Angel Lane and Dakota Simmons; and her stepgrandchildren, Jaime Sabo, Richard Surber and Greg Culley.
