Hurt of Indianapolis, Indiana, born in Boonville, Missouri, who passed away on September 11, 2024, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clinton, Goldie Loman, Clarence and Edna Hurt; and his uncle Dick Loman.
He is survived by: his parents, Gary Edward Hurt (Bette) of Carolina Shores and Donna Gayle Kemper (Loman) of Jefferson City; his wife Stacy Hurt; his stepsons, Paul Daniel Moon of Tennessee and James Joseph Hanley, IV of Connecticut; his siblings, Todd Hurt of Redington Beach and Terry Stover (Aaron) of Jefferson City; his uncle Michael Hurt (Janey); his aunt Linda Loman; his nieces and nephews, Samuel Hurt, Valerie Hurt, Elizabeth Turner (Justin), Gabriel Davis, Madison Davis, Nick Stover and Chris Stover; his great-nephews, Noah Turner, Lucas Turner and Isaac Cole; his stepsiblings, Jason Kemper (Jen), Courtney Dill (Byron), Jackie Rush (Aaron), Ann Dohm (Kyle), Leah Koenigsfeld (Andy) and Ashley Engles (Jay); and his pets, Ceasar, Bette, Shadow and Hilly.
Tedd was a huge animal lover so in lieu of flowers, his family would like any memorial contributions given in his memory to the donor's local animal shelter.
