She is survived by: her sisters, Christyne M. McCain of South Bend, IN and Patricia C. Rogers of Granger, IN; her children, Anthony L. Crouch of Indianapolis, IN and Deborah S. Crouch of Fishers, IN; her grandchildren, Nena M. Tursi (Zach) of Fishers, IN, Anthony L. Crouch of Las Vegas, NV and Myranda E. Crouch of Indianapolis, IN; her cousins, Cleo, Andrianna, Nick and Gus; her pet Sampson; and her nephew Keith Hulse of Greenwood, IN.. She is also survived by her four step-children; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
