He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela Kuszmaul; and his parents, Robert Kuszmaul and Marion Kuszmaul. He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Ludlow; his grandchildren, Travis Ludlow (Stephanie), Samantha Forsythe (Jesse), Taran Bishop and Elijah Bishop; and his siblings, Pamela Holtman and Larry Kuszmaul. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
