She is survived by: her mother Vicki Worsham (Steve); her siblings, Stephen Smith, Jr., Christopher Smith, Adam Worsham and Angie Evans; her nieces and nephews, Victoria Smith, Kristen Smith, Stephen Smith III and Kevin Smith; and her great-nephew George Smith. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
