He was predeceased by: his father Mack Stevens. He is survived by: his mother Julie Bullard; his stepfather Doug Bullard; his brother Michael Stevens; his girlfriend Steph Bleichman; his stepsiblings, Daniel Bullard (Linda), Celena and Sylvia Bullard; and also Jacques. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ryan Stevens' memory to Greater Indy Habitat for Humanity 3135 N. Meridian St. Indianapolis, IN 46208.
