He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucian Fulk and Mary "Elizabeth" Fulk (Felker); and his son Steven Lee Fulk. He is survived by: his children, Ronald "Scott" Fulk (Melissa), Trisha Lynn Tomey and Damian McMurray; and his close friend Tammy Tomey (Verna Scott). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
