It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert C. Ayers of Indianapolis, Indiana, born in Frankfort, Indiana, who passed away on April 7, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Ayers and Ruby Ayers (Reed); and his siblings, Doris Ayers, Carol Stringer, Paul Ayers, Roy "Taxi" Ayers, James Ayers and Don Ayers.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Petrilli (Jack) of Canada, Kenneth Ayers of Indianapolis, Keith Michael "Mike" Ayers of Indianapolis and Rob Ayers of Denver, CO; and his brother Kenneth Ayers (Nancy) of Union City, IN. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 4 Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great Great-Grandchild.
