He is survived by: his wife Jean Duncan (Steinmetz); and his children, Richard H. Duncan II (Lynda), Stephen R. Duncan (Kathy), William J. Duncan (Tracey), Christopher D. Duncan (Monica) and Janet M. Hellmann (James). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, and 28 great grandchildren.
