He was predeceased by: his father Allen Smith. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Smith; his wife Lisa; his children, Jason Smith (Katherine), Bonnie-Joy Lents (Stephen), Jordan (Kymberlee) and Kayla Gates; his grandchildren, Miranda, Oliver and Eowyn; his brother Todd Smith (Kelly); his nieces and nephews, Madeline (Tyler), Emma (Tommy) and Ryan (Kara); and his great-nephews, Ben, Dominic and Kairo.
Memorial contributions in his name may be made out to Emmaus Lutheran Church 125th Anniversary Celebration.
