He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond J. Casey Sr. and Bernadine Alice [Harris] Casey; his siblings, Mona Mae Palm McCready and Leo Palm; his sister-in-law Susan E. Frettinger; and his father-in-law Frank E. Frettinger.
He is survived by: his wife Miss Margaret Lynne "Peggy" Frettinger; his children, Paul Ashford Casey of Long Beach, MS, Dawn Marie Eschenbach (Cary), Joel R. Casey Brownsburg (Tara) and Dustin J. Casey; his granddaughters, Lainey Casey, Isla Margaret Casey and Audie Kayanne Casey; his nieces, Cheryl Palm Lenington (John), Lisa Levingston and Charlene McCready White; his nephew Shawn McCready; his mother-in-law Thelma Frettinger of Rochester; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Eads Rochester and Daniel Frettinger (Imma).

Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made for a 529 educational scholarship fund for Ray's HEART...his grandchildren.
