It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Qahharah Muhammad (Indianapolis, Indiana), who passed away on January 3, 2022, at the age of 22, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is also survived by great-grand parents, aunts, uncle, cousins, and friends.
