He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Scrogham and Opal Scrogham; and his siblings, Beverly Ann Hershman, Rachel Scrogham, Harry Scrogham and Leslie Scrogham Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Gwen; his daughters, Tammy Noon (Rick), Debbie Tasker, Christina Wiehe (Joseph Sr.), Kim Ball (Greg) and Kelli Cohan (John); his sister Carolyn; his brother-in-law Merrill Coffin; and his grandchildren, James Brazill, Derek Noon, Nicole Tasker, Joseph Wiehe Jr., Phillip Wiehe, Rebecca Kattick, Lauren Ball, Tyler Ball, Elyse Ball, Joshua Ball, Chase Novak and Addalyn Cohan. He is also survived by five daughters, twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
