She was predeceased by: her father William E. F.; and her son William Trey Alexander Crockett. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Darlene Crockett (Maish); her daughters, Rachelle Fenwick (Todd) of Lebanon, Angelique Johnson of Indianapolis, Tiera Johnson (Areah) of South Carolina and DaJaNee Johnson of Indianapolis; her siblings, William P. Crockett of Frankfort and Sara Wood (Nolan) of Flora; her daughter-in-law Katie Fredericks; and her grandchildren, Hadleigh, Addilyn, Gracie, Noah, Abel and Anastasia. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
Memorial donations may be made in Penny's honor to Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center to assist with final expenses.
