He is survived by: his son Jacob Mack; his siblings, Anita Hunckler (Matthew), John Mack (Marie), Maria Coglianese (Paul), Tom Mack (Mary Beth), Joe Mack, Monica Mack, David Mack (Ruth), Teresa Jackson (Bruce) and Brian Mack (Megan); and also Sharla Fults. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other dear family members.
