Patricia E. Coats Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2024, at the age of 92, Patricia E. Coats of Indianapolis, Indiana, born in Blandinsville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Stephen Richard Coats; her sister Doris Grisby (Howard); her parents, Hazel Hays and Earl Hays; and her grandson Paul Spors.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Coats; her children, Margaret Spors, Mark Coats (Peggy Stoll), John Coats (Debbie) and Scott Coats (Tan); her daughter-in-law Kim Bobo (Stephen Coats); and her grandchildren, Rick Davis (Robin), Melissa Waite (Adam), Tom Spors (Jenny), Michelle Vandermeulen (Mark), Becky Spors (Paul), Jenny Hill (Chris), David Spors, Kristin Coats (Peter Elliott), Micah Coats, Alisa Coats, Ben Bobo, Eric Coats, Michael Spors, Silas Coats, Sammy Coats (Anna) and Jesse Coats (Sekah). She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren and two great-great grandsons.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the First Baptist Church (8600 N College Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46240). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
