She was predeceased by: her husband William Behning. She is survived by: her children, Diana Langhammer (Robert), Robert Behning (Rosalie), Carol Noble (Lance) and Mark Behning (Beth); and her brother Robert Wittman (Shirley). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.

Contributions may be made to Our Shepherd Lutheran Church, the Lutheran High School of Indianapolis or Concordia Seminary Ft. Wayne.
