It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Worthy of Indianapolis, Indiana, born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on September 24, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ciesiolka and Evelyn Ciesiolka; her husband Thomas Worthy (Buck); and her brothers, Jim Ciesiolka, Jerry Ciesiolka (Robbie), Eddie Ciesiolka, Thomas Ciesiolka and Billy Ciesiolka (Carol).
She is survived by: her daughters, Veronica Berry (David), Michele Ramirez and JoAnn Terry; and her siblings, Judy Stores, Marsha Erp (Paul), Nancy Erp and David Ciesiolka. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
