She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Forler and Irene Forler. She is survived by: her husband Larry R. Rapp; her son Daniel W. Rapp; her grandson Zachary M. Rapp; and her sister Charolette J. Richardson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Little Flower Catholic Church (4720 E 13th St, Indianapolis, IN 46201). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
