He is survived by: his wife Mary; his siblings, Bob (Donna Warner) and Audrey; his daughters, Morgan (Corey Mimms) and Stacia Asad; his nieces and nephews, Josh Lehmkuhl, Lacy Eversole, Dustin Lehmkuhl, James Thompson and Christina Thompson; and his grandchildren, Josalyn, Johanna, Mae, Avery, Ryann, Harper and Rayvon. He is also survived by 8 great nieces and nephews.
