He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth E. Byrd (King); his daughter-in-law Lori Byrd Trinkle (Todd); his grandchildren, Emily Byrd Summey (Gary), Katelyn Byrd, Madelyn Trinkle and Landon Trinkle; and his siblings, Shirley Crabtree, Wanda Byrd and Paul Byrd. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
