She was predeceased by: her husbands, Buford Smith, Asa Frailey and Carl Webb; and her children, Don Smith, Richard Smith, Mike Smith and Wanda Small.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Edwards (Jeffrey), Jeff Smith and Dana Henson; and her stepdaughter Alta Esther Jackson. She is also survived by many grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Conkle Funeral Home, Speedway Chapel (4925 W 16th St, Indianapolis, IN 46224). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Zion Cemetery- Paynesville (6501 S Emerson Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46237).
