She was predeceased by: her parents, Aquilino Concepcion and Marcelina Concepcion; her husband Robert Ross; her sisters, Gladys, Carol and Evelina; and her grandson Kyle Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Ross, Marceline Janik and Evelyn Johnson; her grandchildren, Bill Ross Jr. (Jill), Natalie Silcox (Matt), Natasha Sipes (Nick), Laura Rooks, Matt Ross (Kelly), Anderson Ross, Isaac Ross, Nina Ross, Mariah Ross, John Ross Agal (Amber), Alex Johnson, Erica Johnson (Joseph), Tara Harvey-Ross and Brandon Janik; and her siblings, Aquilino Jr., Gabriel, Nelson and Roger Concepcion. She is also survived by twenty-four great-grandchildren and seven great, great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Jessen Funeral Home & Simple Cremation Whiteland Chapel (729 US-31, Whiteland, IN 46184). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
The family is asking for memorial contributions to be made to "A Senior Retreat", 1040 W Jefferson St. Franklin, Indiana 4613, in Nivia's name.
