It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Sue Robertson of Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on October 8, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Otis Lee and Ida Lee; her husband Windell Robertson; her daughter Angela R Smithey; her son-in-law Jerry O. Smithey of Camby, IN; her son William Coleman Robertson; her daughter-in-law Florence Robertson of Mooresville, IN.; her grandchildren, Casey O'Neill, Zachary Smithey, William Colby Taylor Robertson, Alyssa Robertson and Clayton Robertson; and her great grandchildren, Sydnie O'Neill, Kaiden O'Neill and Jackson Robertson.

“So very sorry, we met her at the old house in Kentucky. I shared with her the books on the family. Call Me Huck I, II, and III which talk about Irene and Peanut. These books are available on Amazon. I was able to give Nancy one of the copies, and she was delighted to know that someone was recording the family history of Irene and "Peanut." My grandmother Fannie was Irene's half sister. Buck and Eva lived next door to them. Nancy Sue was so interested in the family history. Sorry for your loss.”
