We are sad to announce that on October 30, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Michael Scott Rodgers of Indianapolis, Indiana, born in Stamford, Connecticut. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Michael Scott leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Rodgers (Browne) of Darien, Connecticut.; and his grandparents, Francis G. "Buck", Helen Rodgers, Glenn and Barbara Browne.
He is survived by: his father Scott Rodgers (Lisa Lair) of Indianapolis, Indiana; his sister Lindsey Barman (Charles); his nephew Theodore; and his niece Helene of Charleston. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins; many loyal friends and his beloved pet cat.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Flanner Buchanan-Geist (7855 Cork Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46236). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Donations in Michael's honor may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
