“I am so saddened to hear this news. Mike was a great colleague and co-worker. We worked together over the years at Interactive Intelligence/Genesys. He was so smart and experienced, with a defining sense of irony and humor. He was one of the few people here that I really enjoyed chatting with. We also shared an appreciation of geology - he brought me back fossils from some of his trips. They sit on my desk at work.”
