He is survived by: his wife Jamie Quilliam (Dix); his sons, Charles and Nathaniel; his parents, Martha Quilliam and Daniel Quilliam; his sisters-in-law, Mary Pittman and Charla; and his parents-in-law, Charles and Leslie. He is also survived by 2 nephews; 3 nieces; and 2 great nieces.
