She is survived by: her sons, Joe Phillips (Brenda) of Rockville, IN, Mike Phillips (Ann) of Eau Claire, WI and Pat Phillips of Speedway, IN.; her grandchildren, Mallory Chase (Kyle) of Burnsville, MN, Hannah of Eau Claire, WI and Matthew of Eau Claire, WI; and her brother James Neff of Monterey, IN. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Taeko Loundenback-WinsteadMemorial Gathering Memorial (2950 N High School Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46224). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM.
