She was predeceased by: her father James A. Bennett; and her daughter Briann Murphy. She is survived by: her mother Yvonne M. Bennett (Dunlap); her children, Karina Smith, Kortez Murphy, Stonewall Murphy, Da'Ron Smith, Wayneisha Smith and Chelsie Smith; her grandchildren, Richard Smith, Ka'Ann Haskins and Tristian Birch; her siblings, Tony Gilmore, James Bennett, Michael Bennett, Keith Bennett, Jeffrey Bennett, Vincent Bennett, Yvette Bennett and Sherri Bennett; and her uncle John Dunlap.
