She is survived by: her son Matthew Shane Smith of Indianapolis, Indiana; and her siblings, Theresa Ann Nolan of Indianapolis, Indiana, Danny Dane Ball of Indianapolis and Glen Dale Underwood (Jessica) of Greensburg.
