She was predeceased by: her parents, John Eversole and Sarah Stiedham; her husband William E. James; and her grandchildren, Joseph Eversole and Maysie Eversole.

She is survived by: her son Jay Eversole (Stacy); and her granddaughter Jaylen Eversole. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
