Kurt Schied Obituary

We bid farewell to Kurt Schied (Indianapolis, Indiana), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 23, 2024 at the age of 71. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Schied (Ryan) and Donald Schied; his parents-in-law, Rose Connors (Voithofer) and William Connors; and his brother-in-law William "Billy" Connors.

He is survived by: his significant other Kathleen "Kathy" Schied; his daughters, Jourdan Schied, Jess Schied and Tracee Ellis; his sisters, Maureen Boyer and Donna McCleerey; and his sister-in-law Miriam "Yami" Connors. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as several friends.

Kurt's sunny disposition shone through, despite the ravaging conditions Alzheimer's Disease places on its victims.
