With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Julia Marceil McShurley in Indianapolis, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Noel East and Regina East (Evans); her husband Dwight McShurley; and her brother James "Jim" East. She is survived by: her children, Cathy Frederick (Mark) and Jeffrey Scott McShurley; her granddaughters, Elyse Powell (Matthew) and Julia Frederick; and her great grandchildren, Lyla, Adelaide Powell, Coraline and Isaac Kidwell.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the Meeks Mortuary and Crematory - Washington St. Chapel (415 E Washington St, Muncie, IN 47305).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Grateful Rescue and Sanctuary, 4220 N 500 W Rd, Muncie, IN 47304.
