She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward English and Gertrude English (Hutton); her daughter Amy Syck; and her siblings, Edward, Alan, David English, Joann Thomas, Jean Koerner and Dorothy Engelking.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Syck (Melody) and Joan "Jodie" Syck; her grandchildren, Lauren Harris (Josh), Jon Syck (Kenzie King), Kyle Stewart (Lexi) and Kody Stewart (Desiree Huber); her great grandchildren, Ava, Mia and Lincoln Stewart; and her siblings, Jerry English, Peggy Stinson and Barbara Dean. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
