It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Brooks of Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on September 14, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Noel Brooks and Verna Brooks (Burkett). She is survived by: her children, Frank H. Hazel, Fred E. Hazel (Shellie) and Verna L. Aldridge (Jason); and her siblings, Noel Ray Brooks (Connie), William Brooks (Eva) and Bessie Williams. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
