He was predeceased by: his mother Janis O. Martin (Heithecker); his former wife Teresa Ann "Terry" Martin (Sichting); and his brother Christopher Martin. He is survived by: his father Joe O. Martin of Martinsville; his wife Kimberly Diane Martin (Youngen); his son David J. Martin (Megan) of Martinsville; his siblings, Michael Martin of Martinsville and Ann Walker of Martinsville; and his granddaughters, Madelyn, Hannah Martin of Martinsville, Elizabeth and Emily Williams of Indianapolis.
