He was predeceased by: his mother Paula Hale; his cousins, Amanda Hale and Alexander Hale; and his grandmothers, Mary Spanner and Nancy Hale.
He is survived by: his father Ronald Broshears; his children, Aniyah, Aaron and Aydrian Hale; his granddaughter Amelia Maxey; his siblings, Aaron Hale-Medlin, Brittany and Jessica; his aunts, Tanya Hale-Cardova, Ronda Gates (Andrew) and Kenda Hale; his uncle Gordon Hale, Jr.; and his grandparents, Gordon Hale, Sr. and Shirley.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made directly to the Memorial Benefit Account for Jonathan Hale at Fifth Third Bank.
