He is survived by: his parents, John Hamby and Laura Hamby; his aunts, Mindy Myers-Ridge (Kris), Amy Ficklin (Brad), Pat Chestoskey (late Bob) and Gina Moerke (late Gerald); his uncle Rusty Myers (Keasha); and his cousin Schyler Cunningham. He is also survived by great aunts, uncles and cousins.
