He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Minor and Anna Minor (Denny); his son Shane; and his brother Frankie. He is survived by: his sons, Bill (Lisa), Troy (Chris), Jay and Jimmy Minor; his grandchildren, Mandy, Dalton, Abby, Molly, Julia, Matthew, Jessica, Kyleigh and Austin Minor; and his siblings, Mike, Philip, Joe, Tom Minor and Annell Mook.
