He was predeceased by: his brothers, Jeffrey M. Sullivan and Michael A. Sullivan. He is survived by: his parents, John Sullivan and Anita Sullivan; his daughter Megan Sullivan; and his siblings, Scott A. Sullivan (Lori), Julie A. Smith (James) and Paul D. Sullivan (Lynette). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
