He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Gladys Hull; and his siblings, Robert Hull and Shirley Smith. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Lynn Hull of Indianapolis, IN and John David Hull (Anaka) of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Michael Thomas Strandberg, Kaitlynn Hull, Shayne Davenport and Dylan Basham; and his great grandchildren, Judd Dallas Strandberg and Bryleigh Strandberg.
