He is survived by: his wife Patty Clark; his children, Charles Clark (Robin), Jack Clark, Buddy Ray Clark (Diane), Anna Clark and Jeff Ulery; and his brother Robert L. Clark. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
