The memory of Joan M. Thiel (Indianapolis, Indiana), who passed away on February 17, 2025 at the age of 94, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claud Pitsenberger and Carol Pitsenberger (Calmes); her husband Leonard; her sons, Gerard and Michael; and her sister Nancy Latendresse.
She is survived by: her children, Dianne Dixon (Wally), Carolyn Land, Amy Hutsell (Tom), John (Guillermo) and Joseph Thiel (Chris); and her sister Thomas Pitsenberger. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Pius X Catholic Church (7200 Sarto Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46240). A Mass will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Pius X Church (7200 Sarto Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46240).
